The method mainly utilizes technologies and methods based on gas chromatography mass spectrum (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography mass spectrum (LC-MS) to quantitatively measure the endogenous small molecular compounds in methylamphetamine abusers' blood, then calculates and compares the relative concentration difference of the endogenous small molecular compounds between an abuser group and a normal group, and is used for actual diagnosis of abuse level of methylamphetamine. Compared to other conventional clinical diagnosis indexes, the method has the advantages of wide application area, high sensitivity, convenient sampling, simple operation, and no harm to organisms. The method solves the problem of shortage of clinical indexes for methylamphetamine abusers, and improves the efficiency of detecting methylamphetamine abusers.
