The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate copolymer) resin, 3-5 parts of a lubricant, 5-10 parts of PE (Polyethylene) wax, 4-8 parts of ultrathin light calcium carbonate, 3-6 parts of a flame retardant, 5-10 parts of titanium pigment, 7-12 parts of titanium dioxide and 3-5 parts of magnesium hydroxide. The formula is further optimized, so that the dispersion of inorganic filler is accelerated in the processing process of the PVC tubular product to improve the fluidity of the PVC melt, the tensile strength and the breaking elongation can be further enhanced, and the deficiency that a polyethylene product is good in toughness and low in hardness when chlorinated polyethylene is used is solved.
