Abstract

The composite scale and corrosion inhibitor adopts 2-pentadecyl-1-(maleic amide)-ethyl-imidazoline and modified starch as main ingredients, wherein the 2-pentadecyl-1-(maleic amide)-ethyl-imidazoline is a corrosion inhibitor which is better in corrosion inhibition while being independently used; the modified starch is a natural and degradable scale inhibitor which has problems of being large in dosage, not good in treatment effect and easy to decompose. According to the composite scale and corrosion inhibitor for ammonium-nitrogen-containing circulating cooling water disclosed by the invention, the 2-pentadecyl-1-(maleic amide)-ethyl-imidazoline and the modified starch are compounded and then added with a little p-amido benzoyl gluten acid, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, dodeca-tungsten polyoxometallate, 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid and glycerol to obtain the composite scale and corrosion inhibitor which is good in corrosion inhibition effect and scale inhibition effect; besides, calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate is over 99.7%, and carbons steel corrosion rate is lower than 0.027 (mm / a).
