The method comprises the steps as follows: dendrobium huoshanense capsules which grow about 100 days and are not fully matured are picked in Huoshan, and ivory powdered young embryos in the capsules are taken as explants; a novel optimized culture medium is adopted, and compared with a conventional MS culture medium, dosage of chemicals of inorganic salt and the like as well as sugar is smaller, edible substances or waste materials such as mashed yam, bran paste, banana skin homogenate and the like are added in the culture medium respectively at different cultivation stages, a carbon source adopts commercially available edible sugar, and hormone is not added; seedlings are healthy and strong after cultivation for six months, each seedling is 3-4 cm high and has 3-4 sections, 6-8 leaves and 4-5 roots, the root length is 2-4 cm, and the transplant survival rate is higher than 95%; and later, the seedlings are transferred to a natural environment of an original area for cultivation, so that wild dendrobium nobile quality can be maintained.
