The third composition comprises, by weight: 0.04-0.3% of N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, and balance of water. The invention also provides a channel blocking method with the channel blocking agent. The method comprises the steps that: the first composition is injected into an oil well; the second composition is injected into the oil well; the third composition is injected into the oil well; the channel blocking agent in the wellbore is pressed into the stratum by using water; the well is closed for 72h, and production is carried out. With the channel blocking agent, large pores in stratum can be effectively blocked by using residual polymer in the stratum, such that polymer output can be reduced, water content in oil well can be reduced, and crude oil recovery rate can be improved.
