Industrial white oil No.5 used as base oil is adopted for being matched with various composite additives, wherein the composite additives comprise an anti-abrasion agent, an oiliness agent, an oxidation-corrosion inhibitor, a sterilizing agent, an anti-foaming agent, a chelating agent, an emulsifying agent, a coupling agent and an auxiliary agent. The hot-rolling lubricating agent has the cooling, lubricating, cleaning and diffusion functions, reduces the magnesium-adhering degree of a roller, decreases the temperature of the roller, and reduces damage caused by adhesion of the surfaces of the plates and the strips.
