The invention relates to the process of a glass liner, in particular to a production process of a pink glass liner, which is characterized by comprising the steps of first selecting raw materials for preprocessing the raw materials; then placing the preprocessed raw materials into a smelting furnace for fusing; continuously heating until solution is clear enough for blowing a glass liner; blowing two glass liners by a blowing machine; sealing the bottoms and the mouths of the two glass liners together by a sealing machine, and connecting a vacuumized tail to the bottom of a blank; filling silver plating solution between the glass liners through the tail, rotating the blank to enable the sliver plating to be uniform, and then cleaning and drying; vacuuming the blank on a vacuumizing table, scorifying the vacuum tail and stretching a tip to be cut off; carrying out heat treatment to change the state of the internal structure of the glass liner; and finally checking whether the pink glass liner is qualified or not. The production process has the advantages that the phenomenon of piece dropping inside the glass liner is avoided; the glass liner is low in expansion factor, thereby being nonbreakable; a health care effect is realized; the glass liner is pink, so that the attractive effect is realized; and the market requirements are met.
