Abstract

The depth of the pond is 2.0 to 2.5 m, and the pH value of water in the pond is 7.0 to 8.5. A net cage is made of polyethylene meshes. In the morning of one of the days between the middle of March to the middle of April, the temperature of the water is 15 to 20 DEG C, turbot adult fish are put into the pond, and 2,250 to 3,000 silver carp fingerlings and 375 spotted silver carps are intercropped per square hectometers and are fed by the bacterial manure, wherein the length of each silver carp fingerling is 10 to 12 cm. By adding composite bacterial manure, the rapid growth of the turbot can be promoted, the content of eicosapetaenoic acids (EPA) is increased, the disease is reduced, and the number of the turbot dying of illness is decreased; and meanwhile, the number of beneficial microorganisms in a water body is increased, and the final quality is improved.
