Abstract

According to the method, the materials are precisely weighed according to a composition, and are mixed for 6-8min in a high-speed mixer; the mixed material is extruded under a temperature of 90-100 DEG C by using an extruder; the extruded material is cooled and crushed, and is crushed into powder particles with an average particle size of 30-33 micrometers; the powder is sieved by using a 180-mesh sieve; and the finished product is packaged. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, silicone resin and normal-temperature-cured conventional resin are blended, such that the entire system can be cured and crosslinked into a film under normal temperature, and has excellent physical performances.
