Abstract

The invention provides a vanadium battery electrode treatment method. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) under inert atmosphere, carrying out graphitizing treatment on carbon felt at a preset temperature in preset duration to obtain graphite felt; (2) finding an appropriate heat treatment temperature range using differential thermal analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis, and then carrying out heat treatment on the graphite felt; (3) testing the electrode of the heat treated graphite felt to obtain an optimum condition; and (4) in the optimum condition, carrying out heat treatment on the graphite felt to obtain the vanadium battery electrode. Compared with the prior art, the vanadium battery electrode obtained by the vanadium battery electrode treatment method has a relatively small resistance and a relatively large exchange current, and relatively good electric properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method, in particular to a treatment method for a vanadium battery electrode capable of obtaining better electrical properties. Background technique [0002] Vanadium batteries have many advantages, and their energy depends on the electrolyte. By increasing the amount of electrolyte, the purpose of increasing the battery capacity can be achieved. By replacing the electrolyte, the effect of instant charging can be achieved. The electrode resistance of the existing vanadium battery is usually large, and the exchange current is small, resulting in waste of energy and low efficiency. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem mainly solved by the invention is that the resistance of the existing electrodes is generally large and the exchange current is small. [0004] In order to solve the above technical problems, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for treating electrodes of vana...
