The extracts were combined and concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure. The conversion rates of baicalin and wogonin in the obtained crude extract were detected by HPLC to be 98.39% and 98.16%, respectively, and the contents of baicalein and wogonin could reach 9.83% and 2.33%.
