The method comprises that local data charts and change operations on the communication node are respectively created on each communication node which participates in peer-to-peer communication; and data contents between the local data charts of different communication nodes are synchronized automatically. The peer-to-peer communication network and the data content distributing method and the communication node of the peer-to-peer communication network can achieve peer-to-peer communication among the communication nodes, effectively reduce consumption of resources of a central processing unit (CPU) of a server and bandwidth and push the data contents timely among the communication nodes.
