Problems solved by technology

Therefore, the price of release paper remains high. At present, release paper accounts for more than 20 parts by weight in the production cost of synthetic leather technology, and the production efficiency is low.
Dry and wet leather processes can only show the covering power of a single color and the feel of leather, but cannot show a variety of colors and patterns; the existing dry process leather has many processes, consumes a lot of materials, and release paper The cost is high, and we can only rely on imports. Although the product can take into account the functionality, it cannot display multiple colors and patterns simultaneously; using the gravure printing process to print the coating agent on the surface of the fabric can display multiple colors and patterns simultaneously, but it cannot be done. Surface smoothness and good texture to both dry and wet leathermaking processes

Abstract

The invention discloses a leather production process based on a transfer film technology. The leather production process comprises the following steps of: (1) printing a release layer mixture on the surface of a PET (polyester) film, and drying the release layer mixture to form a release layer; (2) printing colored ink on the surface of the release layer to form decorative patterns, and drying the ink; (3) coating a PU (Poly Urethane) layer mixture on the surface of the release layer printed with the decorative patterns, and drying the PU layer mixture to form a PU layer; (4) coating a bonding layer mixture on the surface of the PU layer, and pre-drying the bonding layer mixture; and (5) compositing the surface of the PU layer coated with the bonding layer mixture with a fabric by hot pressing, rolling and curing the composition at a normal temperature, and then peeling the PET film coated with the release layer, thereby obtaining novel leather. The leather production process has the advantages of low cost and simple process and can be used for producing the leather with multiple sets of decorative patterns, many colors, smooth surface and good texture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of leather fabrics. Background technique [0002] In the production of synthetic leather, it is mainly divided into two production processes: wet method (also known as coagulation coating) and dry method (also known as transfer coating). The dry production process is to apply the coating agent (currently mostly polyurethane) on the sheet carrier (release paper), form a continuous and uniform film after drying, and then coat the adhesive on the film. Laminated with the fabric (or wet bottom leather), and then dried, the release paper and the leather are peeled off, and the coating agent (including the adhesive layer) film will be transferred from the release paper to the fabric (or leather) . The dry production process is a relatively complex process involving changes in both chemical and physical properties. Release paper, also known as transfer paper, accepts a liquid coating agent and enters the oven with the coa...
