Abstract

The invention provides a machining structure and a machining method of a plastic component. The plastic component comprises an annular structure. The machining method for the plastic component comprises the following steps of: providing a machining mold, wherein the machining mold comprises an annular mold cavity and a material overflowing groove, the annular mold cavity and the material overflowing groove are communicated, and a cross sectional area of a joint between the material overflowing groove and the annular mold cavity is smaller than the cross sectional areas of the other parts of the material overflowing groove; adding liquid-state injection molding materials to fill the annular mold cavity and the material overflowing groove; forming the machining structure of the plastic component, wherein the machining structure comprises the annular structure and an overflowing plastic part, and the cross sectional area of the joint between the overflowing plastic part and the annular structure is larger than the cross sectional areas of the other parts of the overflowing plastic part; and separating the overflowing plastic part from the machining structure of the plastic component, and forming the plastic component having the annular structure. The invention further provides the plastic component machined by using the machining method.
