Abstract

HPLC conditions comprise that: a YMC Carotenoid C30 chromatographic column is adopted, a solution comprising a 0.05% acetic acid methanol solution and a 0.05% acetic acid acetonitrile solution according to a volume ratio of 50:50 is adopted as a mobile phase, a time is 30 min, a flow rate is 1.0 mL / min, a DAD detector is adopted, a detection wavelength is 450 nm, a column temperature is 25 DEG C, and an injection volume is 20 muL. With the method, lutein and lutein disuccinate can be separated well.
