Problems solved by technology

Traditional soaping agents such as acrylate type mainly remove the floating color on the surface of the fabric through complexation with hydrolyzed dyes, prevent the dyes in the lotion from re-sticking to the fabric surface, and improve the washing fastness of the fabric. The Wet Rubbing Fastness of Dyed Fabrics Has No Obvious Effect
In order to improve the color fastness of fabrics dyed with deep colors of reactive dyes, two times of high-temperature soaping and then strong washing with hot water are commonly used, or vat dyes with better fastness are used for dyeing. However, this method has a long production process and increases the consumption of water, electricity and steam. The absorbance of wastewater is deep, the discharge volume is large, the load of sewage treatment is large, and the production cost is high
[0004] In addition, after dyeing, use a color-fixing agent to fix the color. Through the formation of color lakes, cross-linking and film formation, the rubbing fastness can be improved to a certain extent, but the color fixing effect is often good, and the wet rubbing fastness is improved. , the change of dyeing shade is also large

Embodiment 1

[0017] The components and mass ratios of the composite enzyme for soaping are: 55% laccase, 30% sodium persulfate, 10% polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 5% sodium citrate. Under a sterile environment, use a mechanical mixer to mix the above components in proportion to make compound enzyme 1#, 1kg in total. The appearance of compound enzyme is off-white granule.

Embodiment 2

[0019] The components and mass ratios of the compound enzyme for soaping are: 80% laccase, 15% potassium persulfate, 4% polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 1% sodium citrate. Under a sterile environment, use a mechanical mixer to mix the above components in proportion to make compound enzyme 2#, a total of 1kg. The appearance of compound enzyme is off-white granule.

Embodiment 3

[0021] The components and mass ratios of the composite enzyme for soaping are: 70% laccase, 20% ammonium persulfate, 7% polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 3% sodium citrate. In a sterile environment, use a mechanical mixer to mix the above components in proportion to make compound enzyme 3#, a total of 1kg. The appearance of compound enzyme is off-white granule.

Abstract

The invention relates to soaping compound enzyme and an application method thereof. The soaping compound enzyme comprises laccase, persulfate and PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone), and sodium citrate is also added in the soaping compound enzyme. The soaping compound enzyme comprises the following compositions in percentage by mass: 55-80 of the laccase, 15-30 % of the persulfate, 4-10 % of the PVP, and 1-5 % of the sodium citrate. In the soaping compound enzyme disclosed in the invention, cooperative anxoaction can be generated between the sodium citrate and the laccase as well as between the persulfate and the PVP, and thus the whole soaping effect of the soaping compound enzyme is greatly increased. Compared with the traditional soaping technology, according to the soaping compound enzyme disclosed by the invention, the absorbance of raffinate after soaping is obviously reduced, the clarity is increased, and thus the treating difficulty of sewage is reduced; the fastness to wet rubbing of a cloth sample after soaping in increased by 0.5-1 level, and the soaping fastness is increased by 0.5 level; and three washing procedures are saved, 30% of the water consumption is saved, 30% of the procedure time is saved, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the environment pollution is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and in particular relates to a compound enzyme for soaping and an application method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, in the field of textile printing and dyeing, the application of reactive dyes is more and more extensive. The dyeing process of reactive dyes is mature and the color spectrum is complete. Especially in recent years, a series of dual reactive dyes with high fixation rate have been developed, which greatly improves the dyeing effect. However, since the reactive dyes will be hydrolyzed while being dyed and fixed, the adsorption of the hydrolyzed dyes on the fibers will seriously affect the color fastness of the dyed products. Therefore, the reactive dyes must be soaped after dyeing to remove the stains attached to the fibers. Hydrolyzed dyes, unfixed dyes and other impurities. [0003] Cotton soaping agent is a commonly used dyeing post-treatme...
