Problems solved by technology

Although the biopulping technology is also used in the prior art, the commonly used biological bacteria are white rot fungi or actinomycetes. Although they have been improved compared to the traditional chemical pulping technology, they still have long reaction time and produce Due to the defects of low fiber purity and low yield, it is difficult to apply to actual production

Embodiment 1

[0031] The configuration of embodiment 1 bacterial liquid

[0032] The biological flora used in the present invention has been preserved on April 6, 2012 at the General Microbiology Center (CGMCC, No. 3, No. 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing) of the China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee, and the preservation number is Bacillus sp. of CGMCC No.5971, Acinetobacter lwoffii of CGMCC No.5973, and Wickerhamomyces anomalus of CGMCC No.5975.

[0033] The above-mentioned composite bacteria group is configured into a composite bacteria aqueous solution according to the following mass ratio, which is the bacterial solution:

[0034] Bacillus: Acinetobacter ruckeri: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 1-3:1-2:2-3; the density of the formed bacterial liquid is more than 60 million bacteria / ml, for later use.

Embodiment 2

[0035] Example 2 Pulping of woody raw materials with biological bacteria liquid

[0036] Caragana is used as raw material, and the pulping method of biological bacteria liquid when woody raw materials are used is specifically described. The biopulping method of other woody raw materials, such as poplar and eucalyptus, can be carried out with reference to this process. When caragana is used, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: Bacillus: Acinetobacter ruckeri: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 3:2:2; when poplar is used, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: spore Bacillus: Acinetobacter ruckeri: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 3:1:2; when Eucalyptus is used, the composite flora is configured according to the following mass ratio: Bacillus: Acinetobacter ruckeri: Wickerhamomyces anomalus is 2:1:3.

Abstract

The invention relates to compound bacteria for biological bacteria liquid pulping and application of the compound bacteria. The invention also provides a biological bacteria liquid pulping method. The compound bacteria comprise bacillus stored with a number of CGMCC No. 5971, acinetobacter lwoffii stored with a number of CGMCC No. 5973, and Wickerhamomyces anomalus stored with a number of CGMCC No. 5975. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: preparing bacteria liquid; processing raw materials; and pulping, wherein pulping steps comprise the following steps of: defibering, biologically degrading, sterilizing through steam, carrying out rough pulping, carrying out fine pulping, screening a sizing agent, removing latency, and washing the sizing agent. A paperboard prepared by the biological bacteria liquid pulping method provided by the invention reaches a level over AA grade; waste liquid produced in a pulping process can be recycled or transformed into methane which can be served as an energy resource or organic fertilizer, and therefore, energy sources are saved, and environment protection is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pulping method of biological bacterial liquid, in particular to a composite bacterial group for pulping of biological bacterial liquid and its application. Background technique [0002] Pulping technology is the process of degrading (or dissociating) raw materials such as plant straws, branches, and trunks to remove lignin and pectin and other substances to obtain fibrous substances. Fiber is the main component of papermaking. [0003] In the pulping process, to separate the fibers, the non-fibrous substances must be dissolved first, and the fiber is the purpose of pulping. [0004] According to the current situation of China's pulping industry, chemical pulp is mainly used in production, and the waste liquid generated in chemical pulp production pollutes the environment, destroys land, and pollutes the air; a large amount of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) is added to pulping ), chemical harmful elements are also used in t...
