Abstract

The invention relates to a cleaning agent, and discloses a formula of an environment-friendly printing ink cleaning agent. The formula comprises a main solvent, a cleaning aid and a rust inhibitor, wherein the main solvent is made from phosphate ester series or sodium oleate; and the cleaning aid is made of a surfactant and an emulsifier. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the environment-friendly printing ink cleaning agent. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing; (2) initially stirring; (3) stirring once again; and (4) preparing a finished product. A product produced according to the preparation process has the advantages of high flash point, low odor, freeness from petroleum solvents, no any chemical reaction with an ink roll, content of chlorine elements consistent with the International environmental protection standard, high cleaning efficiency, good effect and small using amount.
