Abstract

The invention discloses a self-leveling mortar material with phosphogypsum as a filling material. The mortar material is characterized in that: the mortar material is composed of raw materials of, by mass: 35%-60% of phosphogypsum, 13%-20% of cement, 17%-40% of sand, 0.26%-0.50% of a water reducer, 0.01%-0.024% of an antifoaming agent, 0.035%-0.3% of a retarding agent, and 4%-14% of water. The preparation method of the mortar comprises the steps that: the raw materials are fetched; phosphogypsum, cement, and sand are mixed for 1-3min, such that a dry mixture is obtained; the water reducer, the antifoaming agent, and the retarding agent are respectively mixed with part of the water, and the mixtures are mixed into the dry mixture; the rest of the water is added into the mixture, and the mixture is well mixed, such that the self-leveling mortar material is obtained. According to the invention, a waste product phosphogypsum is adopted as the filling material, such that industrial waste residue is consumed, pollution is reduced, and natural resource is saved. The prepared self-leveling mortar is advantaged in good performance and high practicality.
