Embodiment 1

[0009] Example 1 A method for extracting and separating rhenium from rhenium-containing slag

[0010] The rhenium-containing slag produced by roasting molybdenite concentrate provided by a company A is used as the raw material. The rhenium-containing slag contains 0.065% rhenium and 43.5% impurity metal ions in total.

[0011] Add 10 times the volume of acid solvent (a mixture of nitric acid and 5% sulfuric acid at a volume ratio of 1:1) to the rhenium-containing slag. After most of the slag is dissolved, heat the material solution at 60°C for 60 minutes, then Add 10% sodium hydroxide by weight of the feed liquid, and after cooling to room temperature, filter to remove the precipitate, heat and evaporate the filtrate to remove most of the water, then add the precipitant aniline blue black with 5% by weight of the filtrate to the remaining filtrate, Stir mechanically for 30 minutes, filter, pass hydrogen sulfide into the filtrate, stir vigorously for 60 minutes, let it stand o...

[0013] Example 2 A method for extracting and separating rhenium from rhenium-containing slag

[0014] The rhenium-containing slag produced by roasting molybdenite concentrate of a company B is used as raw material. The rhenium-containing slag contains 0.014% rhenium, 6.5% nickel, 72.4% iron, and 18.9% zinc.

[0015] Add 10 times the volume of acid solvent (a mixture of nitric acid and 5% sulfuric acid in a volume ratio of 1:2) to the rhenium-containing slag. After most of the slag is dissolved, heat the material solution at 70°C for 90 minutes, then Add 5% sodium hydroxide of the feed liquid weight, after cooling to room temperature, filter to remove the precipitate, heat and evaporate the filtrate to remove most of the water, then add 4% of the filtrate weight of the precipitant aniline blue black to the remaining filtrate, Stir mechanically for 30 minutes, filter, pass hydrogen sulfide into the filtrate, stir vigorously for 60 minutes, leave it overnight, collect the preci...

Embodiment 3

[0017] Example 3 A method for extracting and separating rhenium from rhenium-containing slag

[0018] The rhenium-containing slag provided by a company C is used as the raw material, and the rhenium-containing slag contains 0.033% rhenium, 0.04% molybdenum, and 45.5% iron.

[0019] Add 10 times the volume of acid solvent (a mixture of nitric acid and 5% sulfuric acid in a volume ratio of 1:3) to the rhenium-containing slag. After most of the slag is dissolved, heat the material solution at 80°C for 60 minutes, then Add 1% sodium hydroxide by weight of the feed liquid, and after cooling to room temperature, filter to remove the precipitate, heat and evaporate the filtrate to remove most of the water, then add a precipitant aniline blue black with 2% by weight of the filtrate to the remaining filtrate, Stir mechanically for 30 minutes, filter, pass hydrogen sulfide into the filtrate, stir vigorously for 60 minutes, leave it overnight, collect the precipitate at the bottom, whi...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting and separating rhenium from rhenium-containing slag. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps of: adding acid solvent of which the volume is 10 times as that of the rhenium-containing slag into rhenium-containing slag; heating material liquid at the temperature of between 60 and 80 DEG C for 60 to 90 minutes afterdissolving the rhenium-containing slag; adding sodium hydroxide of which the weight is 1 to 10 percent of that the material liquid in to the material liquid; cooling to a room temperature, filtering, and heating and evaporating filtrate to remove the most moisture; adding precipitating agents, aniline blue and aniline black, of which the weight is 1 to 5 percent of the residual filtrate into the residual filtrate, and stirring for 30 minutes; filtering, and inputting hydrogen sulfide into the filtrate; and stirring, overnight aging, collecting precipitate at the bottom, and thus obtaining rhenium products. The method is simple, the rhenium is quickly recovered, the recovery rate of the rhenium is more than 80 percent, and the economic benefit, the social benefit and the environmental benefit are obvious.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of inorganic chemical industry, in particular to a process for extracting and separating rhenium from rhenium-containing slag. Background technique [0002] In today's society, with the continuous mining of resources, the original minerals are on the verge of depletion, and people are paying more attention to the development of secondary resources of rare and precious metals, that is, extracting rare and precious metals from waste slag, waste liquid, and dust. [0003] There are very few rhenium minerals, so far only rhenium pyrene, molybdenite and copper rhenium sulfide minerals (CuReS 4 ), and mostly associated with molybdenum, copper, lead, zinc, platinum, niobium and other minerals in trace amounts. The rhenium-containing mineral with economic value is molybdenite. Generally, the content of rhenium in molybdenum concentrate is between 0.001% and 0.031%. However, the molybdenum concentrate selected from the porp...
