Problems solved by technology

In addition, during the start-up process of the traditional overhaul tank, when the overhaul tank is ready for start-up, the biggest disadvantage of the traditional method is that the electrolytic tank receives a large thermal shock during the start-up process, which is especially likely to cause damage to the lining structure of the electrolytic tank. Thereby laying hidden dangers for the early damage and shortened life of the electrolytic cell

Embodiment Construction

[0011] 1. The start-up method of a single electrolyzer: when the electrolyzer has the starting conditions, use a special electrolyte filling bag (each time can hold 30~40kg of liquid electrolyte), scoop out the electrolyte from the normally produced electrolyzer and move it to the start-up tank side and pour into the priming tank. The amount of electrolyte scooped out is determined according to the electrolyte level of the normal tank, and the total amount of electrolyte poured into it is not less than 3 tons; the amount scooped out of each tank does not exceed 5 packs, so as not to affect the smooth operation of the normal tank; the electrolyte is poured into the start tank At this time, slowly raise the anode, cooperate with the intermittent perfusion of electrolyte, and the speed of raising the anode matches the electrolyte pouring speed, so that the depth of the bottom of the anode immersed in the liquid electrolyte is kept at 2 to 3 cm.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for turning on an electrolytic cell by continuously pouring electrolyte. The method for turning on a single electrolytic cell comprises the following steps of: when the electrolytic cell has a turning-on condition, scooping out the electrolyte from the electrolytic cell for normal production and pouring in a turning-on cell by using a special electrolyte pouring packet capable of containing 30-40kg of liquid electrolyte at each time, wherein the total amount of pouring the electrolyte is more than or equal to 3 tons; and when the electrolyte is poured in the turning-on cell, slowly raising an anode at an anode rising speed matched with an electrolyte pouring speed, so that the depth of soaking an anode bottom palm in the liquid electrolyte is kept within a range of 2-3cm. The method further can turn on more than one electrolytic cell. The method provided by the invention can meet technical condition requirements in large-size prebaking cell series production of entire aluminum electrolysis. The liquid electrolyte for turning on the overhauling cell can be ensured; the early-stage damage of the cell overhaul in a turning-on process is avoided; and the service life of the electrolytic cell can be prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis production technology, in particular to a start-up method of an electrolytic cell for intermittently pouring electrolyte. It is used for aluminum electrolysis production management to realize high-efficiency and low-consumption operation of aluminum electrolysis production series. Background technique [0002] At present, the most common roasting start-up methods used in the aluminum electrolysis industry are: coke pellet roasting and wet start-up. The method of continuous electrolyte replenishment can be used for series start-up, that is, by maintaining a high level of electrolyte (adding a large amount of solid electrolyte) in the first start-up electrolyzer, liquid electrolyte is provided for the start-up of the subsequent electrolyzer. This method of starting the electrolytic cell is to continuously pour enough liquid electrolyte into the electrolytic cell to implement the start...
