Problems solved by technology

However, until now, there are limited methods for immobilizing ionophores in the PVC backbone, such as using functionalized polyvinyl chloride - carboxylated polyvinyl chloride [15,16]; and ionophores and vinyl chloride monomers The direct copolymerization of [26]
The synthesis of carboxylated polyvinyl chloride reacting with ionophores is simple and convenient, but the product may have unreacted functional groups that affect the selectivity and response time of related sensors[16]
The direct copolymerization reaction requires an initiator and relatively severe reaction conditions, which may cause the decomposition of the sensing active components.

Embodiment 1

[0049] Example 1: Synthesis of novel functionalized polymer sensing material TM.

[0050] The synthesis of the new functional polymer sensing material TM can be divided into two parts: the activation of polyvinyl chloride and the synthesis and immobilization of the carrier (see figure 1 ).

[0051] The specific steps are:

[0052] (1) Activation of PVC:

[0053] In a 100mL four-necked bottle, add 1g PVC (16mmol, 1.0eq), 1.04g NaN 3 (16mmol, 1.0eq), 42mL DMF and H 2 Mixed solution of O (volume ratio 5:1), N 2 protection, magnetic stirring, oil bath heating, and the temperature is kept at 70-80°C. After reacting for 12 hours, stop the reaction, cool to room temperature, filter, wash the filter cake with distilled water and methanol, and dry under reduced pressure to obtain a white solid.

[0054] (2) Synthesis and immobilization of the carrier:

[0055] Step (2a): Add 20g p-bromobenzaldehyde (0.11mol), 0.04g p-toluenesulfonic acid (0.23mmol), 24mL trimethyl orthoformate (...

Embodiment 2

[0063] Same as the method of Example 1, the difference is that in step (1), the mol ratio of polyvinyl chloride and sodium azide is 1:3, in the mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran and water by volume ratio 8:1, Under the protection of a rare gas atmosphere and at 80° C., the reaction was stirred for 48 hours.

Embodiment 3

[0065] The same method as in Example 1, except that in step (2a), the organic solvent is ethanol or tetrahydrofuran.

Abstract

The invention discloses a functional high molecular sensing material with potassium ion selectivity based on click chemistry and an application thereof. A carrier fixed on an azide group-modified polyvinyl chloride substrate through a Huisgen cycloaddition reaction (commonly referred to as 'click chemistry') can be applied to manufacturing of electrochemical and optical sensors. Due to the formation of a triazole connecting ring in a polymer, the solubility of functional polyvinyl chloride is lowered. A solid phase electrode manufactured by using a plasticized functional polymer has Nernst response to potassium ions in the range of 10-6 to 10-1M, and has very high selectivity. A potassium ion carrier is fixed, so that the service life of a solid phase sensing film is prolonged. The functional polymer can be applied to preparation of an optical sensing film together with a color developing ion carrier ETH 5294. The measuring range and ion selectivity of an optrode can be matched with an ion-selective electrode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical detection, and in particular relates to a click chemistry-based functionalized polymer sensing material with potassium ion selectivity, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Electrochemical and optical sensors based on ionophores are widely used chemical sensors. The so-called ionophore refers to an organic or inorganic compound used to bind ions to ensure that the sensor has sufficient selectivity. The active sensing components (ionophores and some different additives) in the sensing membrane should be highly lipophilic and fully lodged in the hydrophobic polymer matrix. However, when traditional polymer ion sensors are exposed to aqueous samples for a long time, the ionophores, chromogenic ionophores, plasticizers and additives in the sensing membrane will gradually lose [1-4]. The loss of sensing membrane components (leakage) will cause a series of serio...
