Embodiment 1

[0026] Step 1: Prepare 200ml each of a gelatin aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 3% and a gum arabic solution with a mass concentration of 3%, and mix the two solutions.

[0027] Step 2: Add 4g of mugwort oil to the mixed solution obtained in the first step, stir for 25min at a stirring speed of 300r / min and a temperature of 40°C, mix and disperse mugwort oil in the above mixed solution to obtain an emulsion .

[0028] The third step: add 100 ml of deionized water to the emulsion obtained in the second step, and stir for 20 minutes at a stirring speed of 300 r / min to obtain a dilution.

[0029] The fourth step: adjust the pH value of the diluent obtained in the third step to 3.8 to obtain the prepolymerization solution.

[0030] The fifth step: Under the condition of a stirring speed of 300r / min, the temperature of the prepolymerized liquid obtained in the fourth step is naturally reduced to 2°C, and the temperature is kept for 40 minutes to obtain the agglomerated liquid....

Embodiment 2

[0034] Step 1: Prepare 150ml each of gelatin aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 4% and gum arabic solution with a mass concentration of 3%, and mix the two solutions.

[0035] Step 2: Add 4g of mugwort oil to the mixed solution obtained in the first step, stir for 20min at a stirring speed of 400r / min and a temperature of 45°C, mix and disperse mugwort oil in the above mixed solution to obtain an emulsion .

[0036] The third step: add 70 ml of deionized water to the emulsion obtained in the second step, and stir for 40 minutes at a stirring speed of 400 r / min to obtain a dilution.

[0037] The fourth step: adjust the pH value of the diluent obtained in the third step to 3.8 to obtain the prepolymerization solution.

[0038] The fifth step: Under the condition of a stirring speed of 300r / min, the temperature of the prepolymerized liquid obtained in the fourth step is naturally reduced to 0°C, and the temperature is maintained for 50 minutes to obtain the agglomerated liquid...

Embodiment 3

[0042] The first step: prepare 250ml each of the gelatin aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5% and the gum arabic solution with a mass concentration of 5%, and mix the two solutions.

[0043] Step 2: Add 8g of mugwort oil to the mixed solution obtained in the first step, stir for 40min at a stirring speed of 500r / min and a temperature of 55°C, mix and disperse mugwort oil in the above mixed solution to obtain an emulsion .

[0044] The third step: add 150 ml of deionized water to the emulsion obtained in the second step, and stir for 30 minutes at a stirring speed of 500 r / min to obtain a dilution.

[0045] The fourth step: adjust the pH value of the diluted solution obtained in the third step to 5.0 to obtain a prepolymerization solution.

[0046] The fifth step: Under the condition of a stirring speed of 500r / min, the temperature of the prepolymerized liquid obtained in the fourth step is naturally reduced to 5°C, and the temperature is kept for 60 minutes to obtain the a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of antibacterial Chinese mugwort oil microcapsules, which comprises the steps of using gelatine as a wall material to emulsify Chinese mugwort, adding water to dilute, adjusting potential of hydrogen (pH) to be below an isoelectric point of the gelatine to be adsorbed with Arabic gum of negative charges, forming microcapsule rudiment, then performing low temperature jelly, adding a cross-linking agent in a coagulation microcapsule, performing chemical cross-linking treatment of the microcapsule, and achieving the microcapsule. The prepared antibacterial Chinese mugwort oil microcapsules have the basically same antibacterial performance as Chinese mugwort oil. On the same condition, the Chinese mugwort oil hardly has antibacterial performance after placed for 30 days. The prepared Chinese mugwort oil microcapsules still have strong antibacterial performance after placed for 40 days, thereby achieving the purpose of sustained release and enabling application prospect to be wide.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing microcapsules, in particular to a method for preparing antibacterial microcapsules of mugwort oil / gelatin and acacia gum. technical background [0002] Mugwort is a perennial wild herb belonging to the genus Artemisia of the Compositae family. The essential oil of Mugwort extracted from it has a wide variety of physiologically active ingredients. Many of the monoterpenoids and sesquiterpene chemicals have antibacterial activities. The antibacterial and antifungal agent is in line with people's green consumption concept. However, due to the instability of mugwort essential oil, its efficacy lasts for a short time, which limits its application. The microcapsule technology can improve the pressure sensitivity, photosensitivity and heat sensitivity of mugwort essential oil by encapsulating the essential oils and slowly release them through the capsule wall, and improve the product grade and added value.
