Abstract

The invention discloses a split self-excited serial electric-cyclone separating device of a circulating fluidized bed boiler. The device comprises a cyclone separator and an electric gas-solid separator. The upper part of the cyclone separator is provided with a flue gas discharge cylinder, and the lower end of the cyclone separator is provided with a fly ash recycle pipe. The electric gas-solid separator consists of a housing, an emitter plate and a dust collecting plate. The housing is equipped with a flue gas inlet, a flue gas outlet and a falling ash outlet. The emitter plate is disposed inside the flue gas inlet, and the dust collecting plate is positioned over the falling ash outlet. The flue gas inlet is connected to the flue gas discharge cylinder. Compared with prior art, a lot of curved surface structure forms in the static separating part of the separating device in the invention are changed into planar structure forms, which is conducive to improvement of the discharge voltage level in an electrostatic field, thus enhancing the operation stability and safety level of the separating device.
