Abstract

The invention discloses an organic silicon-modified MDI(4,4-Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate)-TMP(Trimethoprim) type polyurethane emulsion which is prepared by the following steps of: a, adding ethyl acetate and MDI into a reaction kettle filled with nitrogen gas; after the mixture is fully dissolved, adding TMP and a small amount of lithium oxide; heating to be 50-70DEG C and reacting for 1-4 hours to obtain a pre-polymerized product; b, adding a side-aminoethyl propyl polydimethylsiloxane oligomer in the pre-polymerized product obtained in the step a, raising the temperature to be 50-70DEG C and reacting for 30 minutes; and c, adding sodium bisulfite in the step b, reacting at 50DEG C for 1-2 hours, and finally, adjusting the pH value to be 4.5, adding distilled water by quickly stirring and emulsifying for 10-20 minutes.
