Problems solved by technology

However, the pH value of the sludge oxidized by the Fenton reagent method is low, and it needs to be neutralized before subsequent anaerobic digestion. The operation is complicated and the operation cost is high.
Ultrasonic cracking technology can quickly release intracellular substances in a short time, but the energy consumption is high

Embodiment 1

[0020] The properties of the remaining sludge of a city sewage treatment plant in a certain place after gravity concentration are shown in the table below.

[0021]

[0022] Add hydrogen peroxide to the sludge so that the ratio of the amount of hydrogen peroxide to the total suspended solids of the sludge is 4.67mg / gTSS. After stirring rapidly for 3 minutes, it is sent to an ultrasonic reactor for ultrasonic irradiation. The ultrasonic frequency is 20KHz. The sound energy density is 1W / mL, and the irradiation time is 90min. After that, take 500mL combined pretreatment mud sample and send it to an anaerobic digestion reactor with a feeding ratio of 50%. Place it in a constant temperature room at 35±2°C for mesophilic anaerobic digestion, and use a magnetic stirrer for mixing. The dissolved chemical oxygen demand in the treated sludge increased to 5366.08mg / L, which was 23.83 times higher than that of the untreated sludge. After 12 days of anaerobic digestion of pretreated s...

Abstract

Belonging to the technical field of solid waste treatment, the invention relates to a method for promoting anaerobic digestion of excess sludge through pretreatment of ultrasonic waves and hydrogen peroxide. The method comprises: subjecting the excess sludge of an urban sewage treatment plant to gravity thickening, then adding a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide, conducting rapid stirring and sending the sludge into an ultrasonic reactor for ultrasonic treatment, in which the combined action of ultrasonic waves and hydrogen peroxide destroys the bacterial cell wall structure of the sludge, thus leading to leakage of the cell contents and content increase of dissolved organic matters in water, then sending the treated sludge into an anaerobic digestion reactor for subsequent mesophilic anaerobic digestion; delivering the biogas generated from anaerobic digestion to a gas collection gas for comprehensive utilization. After treatment, the concentration of SCOD (soluble chemical oxygen demand) in the liquid phase sludge can be increased by 23.83 times to 41.18 times, the biogas output can be increased by 17.40%-55.37%, and the methane content of the biogas can be increased by 10%-20%, thus reducing the energy consumption of ultrasonic treatment. For sewage treatment plants of different scales, only by making corresponding modification on existing facilities can good effects be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment, and in particular relates to a method for promoting anaerobic digestion of surplus sludge through ultrasonic wave and hydrogen peroxide pretreatment. Background technique [0002] With the popularization of sewage treatment facilities and the improvement of sewage treatment rate, the amount of sludge produced is increasing day by day. Surplus sludge is highly perishable and therefore requires stabilization before it can be utilized or disposed of. Anaerobic digestion can realize the stabilization, reduction and recycling of sludge, and it is the most commonly used sludge stabilization technology at home and abroad. However, because most of the organic matter in the excess sludge exists in the microbial cells, the cell walls of the microorganisms have a stable semi-rigid structure and play a role in protecting the cells. Microbial cell walls are refractory substances. Therefore, th...
