Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0026] The invention proposes a method for estimating the beating cycle of a vibration signal in which the beating phenomenon occurs and a method for extracting the amplitude and phase of the unbalanced signal in dynamic balance measurement using a sinusoidal approximation method.

[0027] as attached figure 1 Shown is the composition of the signal processing system of the present invention. The vibration signal processing system in the dynamic balance measurement is composed of two parts: analog processing and digital processing. Processing circuit and automatic gain control circuit, the signal after analog processing enters the microprocessor through the AD conversion module, and the digital signal processing is realized by software in the microprocessor. The digital signal processing includes band-pass tracking filtering, calculation to determin...

Abstract

The invention relates to a signal extracting method, and belongs to the field of dynamic balance measurement. An extraction method of an unbalanced signal for the dynamic balance measurement is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) conditioning and filtering a vibration signal transmitted by a vibration sensor and performing fast Fourier transform (FFT) operation on the filtered signal to acquire signal amplitude values at different frequency points, searching a signal component near the frequency of the unbalanced signal in an operation result, judging whether the signal has near-frequency interference or not, and if the signal has the near-frequency interference, estimating a beating wave period of a beating wave phenomenon which occurs after the interference according to an FFT result; (2) extracting the unbalanced signal by using data in the beating wave period as a sample by a sine approximation method; and (3) if the signal does not have the near-frequency interference, extracting the unbalanced signal by a full period data sampling-based orthogonal correlation method. By the method, the stability and the reliability of the dynamic balance measurement are improved, the measurement range of a dynamic balance measurement system is enlarged, and the measurement accuracy of the system is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a signal extraction method, in particular to an unbalanced signal extraction method for dynamic balance measurement. Background technique [0002] The dynamic balance measurement system is widely used in the production and maintenance of rotating machinery. Improving the accuracy of the measurement system can save the rotor balancing time and reduce the cost of rotor balancing. The principle of dynamic balance measurement is: when the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the magnitude and phase of the unbalance in dynamic balance can be obtained by conditioning, filtering and analyzing the signal of the vibration sensor installed on the support of the rotating machine frame. Since the dynamic balance measurement involves multiple links such as driving excitation, signal conversion, conditioning, transmission, and analysis and processing, the useful signal is not only subjected to electrical interference, but also is subject to vib...
