Abstract

The invention discloses a laser sensor and an airborne particle counter with the laser sensor. The laser sensor which comprises a semiconductor laser which is used as a laser light source is characterized in that: a slit diaphragm which is arranged under the irradiation of the laser light source allows the laser light source to form a photosensitive area; a photoelectric receiver is arranged in the photosensitive area at a vertical direction; a suction nozzle and a venting nozzle which is symmetric with the suction nozzle are arranged in the photosensitive area at the vertical direction; and the suction nozzle comprises an internal sampling tube for conveying a sampling gas and an external protection tube which is arranged on the outboard of the internal sampling tube and is used for providing the protection gas. By adopting the airborne particle counter, large granular airborne particles with the diameter of over 10mum in air can be accurately detected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection device for large dust particles, in particular to a laser sensor and a dust particle counter using the laser sensor. Background technique [0002] At present, the application of dust particle counters has been widely used in various fields such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, medical and health care, optics, and surface spraying. The dust particle counters can detect the number of large particles of dust in a certain environmental area. [0003] Among them, the laser sensor is an important component in the dust particle counter, which is used to detect the size and quantity of dust particles. The laser sensors in the prior art all detect particles with a diameter of 0.3-10 μm. When the particle diameter exceeds 10 μm, the following situations will exist: [0004] Due to the relatively large self-weight of the particles, it will cause the particles to settle in the optical cavity and cannot be detected; [0005] W...
