In the liquid phase gradient mixer disclosed by the invention, the two mixing chambers of which the cross sections are square are adopted to serve as the containers of mixed flowing phase, wherein the two mixing chambers are connected by the transmission pipe, the flowingphase can occupy most area of the mixer, and therefore the problem of larger dead volume of the traditional static mixer is solved.
