The pesticide composition with the dimethachlon and the azoxystrobin as the active components, which is disclosed by the invention, can be used for controlling tobacco brown spot and has the advantages of reasonable composition, favorable pesticide effects and low application cost. By combining the active components, namely the dimethachlon and the azoxystrobin, the activity and the controlling effect of the pesticide composition are not simply overlapped by activities of various components but the pesticide composition has remarkable synergism and sterilization actions; and the dosage of pesticide can be effectively reduced, the production cost is reduced, the pesticide resistance can be retarded and the favorable safety is achieved.
