Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, in the production of edible fungus strains in foreign countries, the production method of liquid submerged fermentation is mostly used. The edible fungus strains produced by this method have the advantages of fast seed production, strong vitality, high purity, short cycle, and convenient industrial production. However, due to complex equipment, strict operating conditions, and difficult technical mastery, the liquid submerged fermentation seed production process has not been widely used in my country. Therefore, in the production of edible fungi in my country, solid strains are mostly used. Inoculation-based, such as wood chips, wheat kernels, corn kernels or edible fungus strains produced by other solid substrates

Embodiment Construction

[0049] A new method for preparing pleurotus eryngii tertiary strains, a specific scheme created by the invention

[0050] The primary and secondary strains of Pleurotus eryngii adopt the traditional seed production process.

[0051] The third-level strains are made from branches, and the production process is as follows:

[0052] (1) Preparation of shoot culture medium

[0053] Branches: poplar branches, cut into 1cm 2 ×15cm size;

[0054] Bridging materials: 120g of broad-leaved sawdust, 24g of bran, and 2.8g of calcium carbonate.

[0055] After the branches are soaked in lime water for 24 hours, rinse them several times with clear water until there is no residual lime water on the surface, stir them evenly with 24g of bran, and pack them into 750ml glass bottles, with 40 branches in each bottle, compacted, without gap. Add water and stir the other ingredients in the bridging material formula evenly, fill up the empty part of the bottle, stuff it with a cotton plug, wrap...

Abstract

The invention provides a novel method for preparing a third-level strain of pleurotus eryngii. The method combines traditional processes for a first-level strain, a second-level strain and a branched strain and is suitable for production of the pleurotus eryngii and other wood rotting edible fungus strains. The processes include inoculation from the first-level strain and the second-level strain to the three-level branched strain and then to a cultivating bag. A method for preparing the third-level strain of the pleurotus eryngii by using a poplar branch culture medium and a bridging material composed of broad-leaved wood sawdust, wheat bran and calcium carbonate is adopted. The method provided by the invention has the characteristic that branch is adopted for inoculating the third-level strain to the cultivating bag; the strain production process has the advantages of easiness for inoculation operation, high speed and low pollution rate; and the production cost is reduced and the production efficiency is improved by using the production process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the preparation technology of edible fungus strains, in particular to a new method for preparing pleurotus eryngii tertiary strains. Background technique [0002] At present, in the production of edible fungus strains in foreign countries, the production method of liquid submerged fermentation is mostly used. Inoculation is the main method, such as wood chips, wheat kernels, corn kernels or edible fungus strains produced by other solid substrates. Contents of the invention ...
