Embodiment 1

[0024] Accurately weigh 10 g of chitosan, add 2% acetic acid solution to 100 g, and dissolve under stirring. Store in centrifuge. Take 27g of ferric chloride hexahydrate and 9.9g of ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and dissolve them in 100ml of water to form a solution. The prepared chitosan solution and iron ion solution are mixed evenly according to the mass ratio of 1:1. Use a 1ml syringe to absorb the mixed solution and add it dropwise to a 20% ammonia solution, stir, and soak the formed magnetic chitosan microspheres in the lye for 1 hour, wash them in distilled water for 3 times after taking them out, 1 hour each time, and freeze them. Observe under a microscope after drying (see figure 1 ).

Embodiment 2

[0026] Accurately weigh 10 g of chitosan, add 2% acetic acid solution to 100 g, and dissolve under stirring. Store in centrifuge. Take 24.2g of ferric nitrate and 9.0g of ferrous nitrate dissolved in 400ml of water to form a solution. The prepared chitosan solution and iron ion solution are mixed evenly according to the mass ratio of 1:1. Draw the mixed solution with a 1ml syringe and add it dropwise in a 25% sodium hydroxide solution, stir, and the formed magnetic chitosan microspheres are soaked in lye for 1 hour, and washed 3 times in distilled water after taking it out, 1 hour each time , observed under a microscope after freeze-drying (see figure 2 ).

Embodiment 3

[0028] Accurately weigh 10 g of chitosan, add 2% acetic acid solution to 100 g, and dissolve under stirring. Store in centrifuge. Take 3.44g of ferric sulfate and 0.76g of ferrous sulfate and dissolve it in 100ml of water to form a solution. The prepared chitosan solution and iron ion solution are mixed evenly according to the mass ratio of 1:1. Use a 1ml syringe to absorb the mixed solution and add it dropwise in a 10% lithium hydroxide solution, stir, and the formed magnetic chitosan microspheres are soaked in lye for 1 hour, and washed 3 times in distilled water after taking it out, 1 hour each time , observed under a microscope after freeze-drying (see image 3 ).

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing magnetic chitosan microspheres, relates to chitosan microspheres and provides superparamagnetic chitosan microspheres and a preparation method thereof. The magnetic chitosan microspheres comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 30 to 99 percent of chitosan and 1 to 70 percent of Fe3O4. The preparation method comprises: adding chitosan, a compound containing F3<3+> and a compound Fe<2+> into acidic solution to obtain solution A; and adding the solution A into alkaline aqueous solution to obtain solution B, and removing solidified and separated precipitates in solution B to obtain the magnetic chitosan microspheres. Compared with the conventional preparation method of magnetic chitosan microspheres, the preparation method of themagnetic chitosan microspheres is simple, easy to implement and low in cost and makes process simple. The size of the obtained magnetic chitosan microspheres is controllable, the Fe3O4 content is controllable and the magnetism is controllable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chitosan microsphere, in particular to a magnetic chitosan microsphere and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Chitosan (CS for short) is the deacetylation product of natural polysaccharide chitin. There are billions of tons of chitin biosynthesized in nature every year, which is the second largest renewable resource after cellulose. Chitosan is the only alkaline natural polysaccharide. It has the advantages of easy film formation, non-toxic and harmless, corrosion resistance, easy biodegradation, good biocompatibility, antibacterial property, and small secondary pollution. It is the most excellent performance One of the natural polymers. Today, when petroleum resources are gradually depleted, using cheap chitosan as raw materials to produce high value-added products such as functional materials not only has economic benefits, but also is conducive to the development and utilization of abundant renew...
