In the microscopic welding micro-tensile measuring instrument, the new photoelectric technology and mechanical technology of the tension sensor are combined, so that the tension sensor becomes a new measuring instrument which combines optics, mechanics and electronics; and the tension sensor is arranged on the workpiece chuck, so that the friction and various resistances which are caused by driving the workpiece chuck to move up and down are prevented, the measuring accuracy of tension is improved, and the measurement on the tension of small workpieces is realized.
