Abstract

The invention relates to a soft measurement and black water-emission optimization control method for a chlorine concentration in black water emission of a coal water slurry gasifying device, which comprises the following steps of: selecting a plurality of measurable process state auxiliary variables as the input variables of a soft measurement model, wherein the measurable process state auxiliaryvariables include an artificial analysis value of the chlorine concentration at the first moment, the total flow of the coal water slurry and emission amount of waste water-removed black water (also called sewage) before the current moment; and simultaneously outputting the chlorine concentration in the black water at the current moment as an output of the soft measurement model. Data pretreatment is carried out by collecting running data of actual industrial devices and the established soft measurement model is input, thereby realizing soft measurement on the chlorine concentration in black water emission of the coal water slurry gasifying device. Meanwhile, based on the model, the method can realize emission optimization control of the black water to meet the chlorine content in the black water emission at next moment, and on the basis of meeting the requirement of environmental protection, water resources are saved. The soft measurement technique can provide effective chlorine concentration information for the coal water slurry gasifying device to guide optimization running operation in a gasifying process so that the replenishing amount of purified water and the emission amount of wastewater-removed black water are controlled.
