The technique comprises the following steps: a. removing impurities to clean safflower oil tea seeds, and drying; b. crushing the dried safflower oil tea seeds in a crusher until the safflower oil tea seeds are crushed into 6-8-petal particles of which the particle sizes are 2-4mm; c. starting a spiral oil press, and feeding rape seed cakes to run the spiral oil press; d. after the pressed rape seed cakes are formed, sending the crushed safflower oil tea seeds into the spiral oil press, and carrying out cold pressing to obtain safflower oil tea raw oil; and e. refining the safflower oil tea raw oil to obtain the refined safflower tea oil.
