Abstract

The invention discloses a novel application of a composition of active fractions of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating diabetic complications. Especially, the composition comprises the active fractions of coptis, astragalus and scutellaria with a weight ratio of 1:1:1 or 2:2:1 or 1:2:1.
