The invention provides the technical scheme that the electric braking lock with remote control comprises an electronic control part and a lock body connected with the electronic control part, wherein the lock body is arranged on the braking lock; the lock body comprisesa lock core and a lock tongue linked with the lock core; a braking hub is provided with a locking hole through which the lock tongue can pass; the electronic control part comprises a remote control unit which comprises a remote control transmission circuit, a wireless signal receiving circuit, a singlechip, an unlocking circuit of the lock body and a locking circuit of the lock body; the lock core comprises at least one group of electromagnetic elements, and an unlocking and locking permanent magnet which is attracted or rejected by the electromagnetic elements; the lock tongue comprises a push rod which is fixed with the unlocking and locking permanent magnet and can slide along the electromagnetic elements; and the unlocking circuit of the lock body and the locking circuit of the lock body are electrically connected with the electromagnetic elements.
