Embodiment 1

[0029]

[0030] Its preparation method is:

[0031] (1) Select chemically pure or more qualified raw materials, weigh by mass percentage, and set aside.

[0032] (2) At room temperature, add the penetration solvent, co-solvent, surfactant, other auxiliaries, and dyes into the reaction kettle in sequence, and stir for 2 hours in an airtight manner.

[0033] (3) Pass the above-mentioned stirred mixed solution through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain a stock solution of the permeate, which is set aside.

[0034] (4) the permeate stoste is processed through oxygen bomb combustion, and the gas generated after combustion is absorbed by 5% sodium carbonate solution by mass fraction and carried out ion chromatography analysis to obtain the weight content of fluorine, chlorine and sulfur, when When the total weight content of fluorine and chlorine is less than 100ppm, and the weight content of sulfur is less than 100ppm, it is a qualified product, and it is packaged in bulk or in the for...

Embodiment 2

[0038]

[0039] Its preparation method and use method are identical with embodiment 1.

[0040] The penetrant has a flash point of 75°C, can detect defects with an opening width of 0.4 μm, and can be cleaned with both organic solvents and water.

Embodiment 3

[0042]

[0043]

[0044] Its preparation method and use method are identical with embodiment 1.

[0045] The penetrant has a flash point of 75°C, can detect defects with an opening width of 0.4 μm, and can be cleaned with both organic solvents and water.

Abstract

The invention provides a nuclear-grade dye check penetrant which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-70 parts of penetration solvent, 5-22 parts of cosolvent, 7-25 parts of other regents, 5-15 parts of surfactant and 1.5-5 parts of dye. The invention has the following benefits: the penetrant is made from raw materials which are free from three elements of fluorine, chlorine and sulfur; and all the raw materials are purified so that the contents of fluorine, chlorine and sulfur which are brought in the form of impurities are not more than 100ppm. The total content of fluorine and chlorine in the finished product is not more than 100ppm and the sulfur content is not more than 100ppm, and thus, the harm of the penetrant to workpiece is minimized and the penetrant is especially suitable for equipment detection in nuclear industry. In addition, the penetrant has the advantages of high sensitivity and high flashing point, can detect a flaw of the opening width of 0.4 mu m and can be washed with both organic solvents and deionized water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear-grade colored flaw detection penetrant and a preparation method thereof, which are used for detecting opening defects on the surface of workpieces and belong to the technical field of nondestructive testing colored penetrant flaw detection. Background technique [0002] Dye penetrant testing is one of five conventional nondestructive testing methods (penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing) to detect surface opening defects in non-porous materials. Like other non-destructive testing methods, colored penetrant testing is based on the premise of not destroying the object to be inspected, and effectively inspects various engineering materials, parts and products, so as to evaluate their integrity, continuity, safety and reliability. Penetration testing is an important means of quality control and an indispensable part of product manufacturing and mainte...
