The anti-theft mobile phone mainly comprises a baseband processor, radio frequency, near field communication (NFC) and a GPS, wherein the baseband processor and the radio frequency complete basic communication functions of the mobile phone; the NFC has an identity recognition function; and the GPS completes acquisition of position coordinate information of the mobile phone. Personal data information in the mobile phone can be effectively protected. Once the mobile phone is stolen, the position coordinate information of the stolen mobile phone can be transmitted to a preset family number through a GPS positioning module, and then the position information is transmitted to a public security organ. Since the stolen mobile phone is retrieved in a legal and formal way, the loss of the owner of the mobile phone is reduced to the maximum extent and social security and harmony are protected.
