Abstract

The invention relates to a surface processing method for a heating element, which comprises the following steps sequentially: degreasing, i.e. adopting a method of powering on the heating element to remove surface oil; coarsening, i.e. adopting a sand-blast method to make the surface of the heating element coarsened; cleaning, i.e. adopting high pressure air to blow out impurities on the surface of the heating element; curing, i.e. filtering the impurities in the process of sufficiently uniformly dispersing coating; spraying, i.e. uniformly spraying the coating on the surface of the heating element; and sintering, i.e. carrying out sintering on the sprayed heating element to form a membrane. The surface processing method for the heating element strengthens radiation of the heating element and reduces convection so as to improve heat efficiency by spraying the coating on the surface of the heating element.
