Abstract

The production method comprises the following steps of: mixing and pulverizing the granular PE and the rubber powder into a dualistic mixture, wherein the temperature is lower than 60 DEG C; fully mixing the dualistic mixture, the rock asphalt, the diatomite, the silicon dioxide and the protolignin to form a multiplex mixture; and extruding the multiplex mixture into irregular particles with particle diameter of between 3 and 6 mm by using a plastic particle machine, wherein the temperature is lower than 120 DEG C during extrusion. The composite road surface intensifier has the advantages that: the asphalt mixture on the SMA road surface has simple field production and operation, namely a granular formulation is thrown into a mixture stirrer, so that the performance of the original SMA mixture is kept, and the anti-tracking capacity is stronger and the cost is lower.
