Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing the filial generation of dianthus caryophyllus and dianthus chinensis, which comprises: 1, obtaining the protoplast of the dianthus caryophyllus and the dianthus chinensis respectively; 2, performing protoplast asymmetric fusion of the protoplast of the dianthus caryophyllus and the protoplast of the dianthus chinensis to obtain fused protoplast; and 3, culturing the fused protoplast to grow the protoplast into a hybrid plant.
