Embodiment 1

[0025] The present invention adopts micro-ecological fermentation technology to produce the method for micro-ecological organic potassium fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, comprises the steps:

[0026] 1. Prepare Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, actinomycetes and photosynthetic bacteria. The bacteriostasis process can be realized by the strain cultivation method described in the Chinese patent CN200810011304.2.

[0027] 2. Boil fresh and frozen beef, sheep, and pork bones in a large pot, remove the bones and crush them to make bone powder, put the bone broth into Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast at 37°C-40°C Constant temperature anaerobic fermentation is made lactic acid bacteria liquid (PH value 2.5-3) standby for 48-50 hours.

[0028] 3. Preparation of bone meal, grass carbon soil, fly ash, coal gangue powder, sawdust, rice bran, bentonite, s...

Embodiment 2

[0036] The method for producing organic phosphate fertilizer by micro-ecological fermentation technology comprises the following steps:

[0037] 1. Take livestock bones, boil bone broth, and use it as a fermentation medium;

[0038] 2. Take the fermentation culture liquid, add one or more of Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast, and anaerobically ferment to make a lactic acid bacteria liquid with a pH value of 2.5-3;

[0039] 3. Add bone meal to the lactic acid bacteria liquid, and anaerobically ferment it to make lactic acid phosphate fertilizer.

Embodiment 3

[0041] The method for producing organic potassium fertilizer by adopting micro-ecological fermentation technology comprises the following steps:

[0042] 1. Take livestock bones, boil bone broth, and use it as a fermentation medium;

[0043] 2. Take the fermentation culture liquid, add one or more of Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast, and anaerobically ferment to make a lactic acid bacteria liquid with a pH value of 2.5-3;

[0044] 3. Add one or more of grass carbon soil, fly ash and coal gangue powder to the lactic acid bacteria liquid, and anaerobically ferment to make potassium lactate fertilizer.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing bacterial manure with low production cost and simple and convenient operation, which is used for producing organic potassic, phosphaticand nitrogenous fertilizers by adopting a microecological fermentation technology. The method comprises the steps of: boiling livestock bones into bone broth used as a fermentation culture solution; adding one or more of streptococcus faecium, acidophil lactobacillus and lactobacillus into the fermentation culture solution for anaerobic digestion to prepare a lactobacillus solution with the pH value of 2.5-3; and adding one or more of bone powder, soddy soil, coal ash and coal gangue powder for anaerobic digestion to prepare a organic phosphatic fertilizer or potassic fertilizer. Bacillus licheniformis, bacillus cereus, bacillus subtilis and actinomycetes are selected to be used for producing a fertilizer, which enhances the total amount of probiotics. The produced bacterial manure can be subjected to foliar fertilization and a layer of protective film is formed on leaf surfaces, which plays the role of controlling diseases and insect damages. The organic bacterial manure of invention can be used as a biopesticide, a deodorant, a strain and particularly a feed additive which is helpful to achieve the purpose of grain saving.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing organic fertilizers, more specifically, to a method for producing organic microecological potash fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers and nitrogen fertilizers using microecological fermentation technology. Background technique [0002] Most of the biological bacterial fertilizers currently on the market are added with chemical fertilizers in order to increase the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, which cannot meet the needs of organic agriculture. Contents of the invention [0003] The present invention aims at the above problems and aims to provide a method for micro-ecological organic potassium fertilizer, organic phosphorus fertilizer and organic nitrogen fertilizer with simple method, low production cost and high bacterial content. The bacterial fertilizer produced by the invention can be fertilized on the leaves, and can form a layer of protective film on the leaves to prevent diseases ...
