Embodiment 1

[0035] Reference Example 1: Preparation of Herbal Medicinal Water Extract

[0036] 200 g of freeze-dried Scrophularia scrophulariae and Poria cocos (purchased from Kunwha Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Korea) were crushed, respectively, and 10 times the weight of water was added thereto. Then, the herbal medicinal material was extracted at 80° C. for 18 hours with sufficient shaking. The extract was cooled to room temperature and filtered with filter paper, and 4 kg of ethanol was added to each filtrate and left for 48 hours. Then, the solution was filtered, and each formed precipitate was dissolved in 2 kg of distilled water and filtered again. The final filtrate was concentrated in a vacuum evaporator, thereby obtaining water extracts of Scrophulariaceae and Poria cocos.

Embodiment 2

[0037] Reference Example 2: Preparation of Ethanol Extract of Herbal Medicinal Materials

[0038] 200 g of freeze-dried Scrophularia scrophulariae and Poria cocos were respectively added to 10 times the weight of 70% ethanol and heated at 80° C. for 2 hours to extract their active ingredients. The extract was left at room temperature for 2 days to precipitate impurities, and then the extract was filtered twice with filter paper. The filtrate was concentrated in a vacuum evaporator, whereby ethanol extracts of Scrophulariaceae and Poria cocos were obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0039] Reference Example 3: Preparation of Methanol Extract of Herbal Medicinal Materials

[0040] 200 g of freeze-dried Scrophularia scrophulariae and Poria cocos were respectively added to 10 times the weight of methanol and heated at 70° C. for 2 hours to extract their active ingredients. The extract was left at room temperature for 2 days to precipitate impurities, and then the extract was filtered twice with filter paper. The filtrate was concentrated in a vacuum evaporator, whereby methanol extracts of Scrophulariaceae and Poria cocos were obtained.

[0041] Reference Example 4: Hexane and ethyl acetate extract fraction of herbal medicinal materials

[0042] The Scrophulariaceae extract and the Poria cocos extract prepared in Reference Example 3 were respectively added and completely suspended in a mixed solvent of 20 times the weight of water and hexane (1:1). Then, each suspension was left at room temperature for 1 day to separate the layers. Only the upper hexane l...
