Each substance in the formula of the culture medium for aquatic plant tissue culture is an essential element for the growth of an aquatic plant, wherein 6-BA is used for promoting the generation of buds and can improve the output and the quality of the aquatic plant; NAA can promote cell division and growth; and 6-BA and NAA simultaneously simulate the growth of single plants and lateral buds.
