Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1: Preparation of dental machinable diatomite all-ceramic material at 1100°C

[0033] 1. Select raw material composition (mass%): diatomite 30%, bentonite 15%, quartz 5%, 3Y-ZrO 2 20%, α-Al 2 o 3 15% and TiO 2 Whiskers 10%, Soda Ash 5%.

[0034] 2. Put the prepared raw materials in the agate ball mill jar with the volume ratio of raw materials: agate balls: ethanol=1:1:1, and wet ball mill for 6-8 hours.

[0035] 3. After the ball-milled powder is dried, it is manually ground and passed through a 100-mesh sieve.

[0036] 4. Mix the sieved powder with 5% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) alcohol solution in a volume ratio of 1:1 to granulate, and dry.

[0037] 5. Manually grind the dried material again, and pass through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a powder of diatomite all-ceramic restoration material.

[0038] 6. Weigh 0.8 g of the above-mentioned powder, put it into a valve-shaped mold, dry press it under a pressure of 500 MPa, hold the pressure for 15 seconds, and de...

Embodiment 2

[0041] Example 2: Preparation of Dental Machinable Diatomite All-ceramic Material Initially Sintered at 700°C

[0042] Select raw material composition (mass%): diatomite 35%, bentonite 15%, quartz 5%, 3Y-ZrO 2 15%, α-Al 2 o 3 10% and TiO 2 Whiskers 15%, Soda Ash 5%.

[0043] The prepared raw materials are put into an agate ball mill jar with a volume ratio of raw materials: agate balls: ethanol = 1:1:1, and wet ball milled for 6-8 hours.

[0044] After the ball-milled powder is dried, it is manually ground and passed through a 100-mesh sieve.

[0045] The sieved powder is mixed with 5% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) alcohol solution in a volume ratio of 1:1 to granulate, and dried.

[0046] The dried material is artificially ground again, and passed through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a diatomite all-ceramic restorative material powder.

[0047] Weigh 1.6 grams of the above powder, put it into a cylindrical mold, and dry press it under a pressure of 700MPa, hold the pressure for...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dental machinable diatomite full ceramic restoration material and a preparation method thereof; the method comprises: diatomite is taken as raw material and is added with nano toughening agent, thus adjusting the strength and the toughness of the diatomite full ceramic material; the diatomite full ceramic restoration material comprises the components of raw materials by mass percent: 30-35% of diatomite natural soil, 10-15% of bentonite, 5-7% of quartz, 40-55% of nano toughening agent and 5-7% of pH regulator; wherein the nano toughening agent contains nano zirconia (ZrO2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) crystal whisker; and the pH regulator is sodium carbonate. The preparation technique comprises: the raw materials are processed by ball-milling according to a certain mass ratio, dry pressing to be molded under 500-700MPa and sintering under the ordinary pressure at 700-1150 DEG C, so that the dental machinable diatomite full ceramic restoration material can be obtained. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the characteristics of low cost of the preparation technique, stable quality, good repeatability as well as excellent mechanical property and aesthetic performance, so as to meet the requirements of clinical oral full ceramic restoration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dental machinable diatomite all-ceramic restoration material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Tooth defects are caused by many reasons and are common oral diseases. Although metal-ceramic restorations have been widely used in the restoration of tooth and dentition defects, the color of porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations is inherently unnatural because the underlying metal cannot pass through light. With the development of society, it has become more and more The more it cannot meet the aesthetic requirements of patients and dentists for restorations. The all-ceramic restoration is favored for its color, realistic shape, good retention and edge sealing, good biocompatibility, and stable chemical properties; The porcelain surface of the glaze is smooth, and the plaque is not easy to adhere, so it has incomparable advantages as a dental restoration material. [0003] However, insufficient str...
