Embodiment 1

[0021] Using the isolated Bacillus cereus as the starting strain, an alkaline pectinase preparation with high enzyme activity is obtained through seed culture and submerged fermentation, and then compounded with hemicellulase, mainly xylanase and mannanase, finally the enzyme activity of each component in the compound enzyme liquid is: alkaline pectinase 300U / ml, dextranase 4000U / ml, neutral protease 600U / ml, xylanase 500U / ml ml, mannanase 600U / ml. Determination of the activity of pectinase, xylanase, and mannanase, one unit of enzyme activity is defined as the amount of galacturonic acid (or xylose or mannose) required to release 1 μmol of galacturonic acid (or xylose or mannose) from the substrate per minute under the measurement conditions Enzyme amount.

[0022] In the invention, multiple biological enzymes are compounded to make alkaline pectinase and hemicellulase work together to hydrolyze pectin and hemicellulose in ramie to achieve the purpose of degumming.

Embodiment 2

[0024] The composite enzyme preparation for ramie degumming of the present invention is applied to the ramie degumming process, and its technological process comprises:

[0025] The ramie is tied, caged, enzymatically drilled, retting, washed, boiled with alkali, torn, rinsed, oiled, deoiled, shaken, and dried to obtain a refined ramie.

[0026] The above-mentioned process is a biological-chemical combined degumming process, and some of the process steps are consistent with the traditional chemical degumming method. The improvements will be described below.

[0027] Described enzymatic training step is:

[0028] Add 1-3% compound enzyme preparation and 0.2%-0.5% textile auxiliaries to the degumming liquid in a weight ratio of ramie; the bath ratio of ramie to the degumming liquid is: 1:12-1:15, and adjust the pH value of the degumming liquid 8.5-9.5, adding ramie for degumming, the temperature is controlled at 40-50°C, the degumming solution remains static or dynamic, and the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a compound enzyme preparation for ramie degumming, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of taking bacillus cereus obtained through separation as an original strain, preparing high-enzyme-activity alkaline pectinase which contains glucanase and neutral protease through seed culture and liquid-submerged fermentation, and compounding an appropriate amount of xylanase and mannanase on the basis of the alkaline pectinase so as to prepare the compound enzyme preparation. The invention also discloses a ramie degumming process, and the compound enzyme preparation is applied to an enzyme refining step in the ramie degumming process. The process enables the alkaline pectinase and hemicellulase to play a role jointly by compounding a plurality of biological enzymes, so as to achieve the aim of degumming. The process can save acid-base raw materials, and has the advantages of mild treatment conditions, low cost, good fiber quality, little pollution on environment and the like.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a compound enzyme preparation for ramie degumming, in particular to a preparation method of the compound enzyme preparation and its application in a ramie degumming process. Background technique [0002] Ramie (Bochmeria nivea) is a perennial herb of Urticaceae (Urticaceae). It is native to my country and is called "Chinese grass" by European and American countries. Its output accounts for about 80% of the world. By analyzing the components of ramie, its fiber content is more than 60%. Its bast fibers are particularly long and strong, and are the thinnest and longest among known hemp fibers. It is an important raw material for textile industry. Yet a large amount of colloids are attached on the ramie fiber, account for about 25-35% of total weight, mainly pectin, hemicellulose and lignin etc., according to the difference of ramie kind, its content can be as high as 24-45%. Therefore, in order to obtain industrially available f...
