Embodiment 1

[0022] The washed waste hemp fiber was impregnated with 10wt% zinc chloride for 24h, and then the impregnated sample was placed in a tube furnace with nitrogen protection, and the temperature was raised to 600°C at a rate of 25°C / min. After 10 minutes, the constant temperature was terminated, and the nitrogen gas was continued, and the sample was taken out after the temperature in the tube furnace dropped below 250°C. Then the sample taken out was washed with 10% hydrochloric acid, rinsed until neutral and then dried. The activated carbon iodine adsorption value obtained at last was 841mg / g.

[0023] The sample of embodiment 1 is carried out the test of specific surface area and pore distribution finally obtains that the activated carbon specific surface area that is made with discarded hemp fiber is 925.45m 2 / g, the pore volume is 0.443cm 3 / g, the average pore diameter is 2.24nm.

Embodiment 2

[0025] The washed waste hemp fiber was impregnated with 20 wt% zinc chloride for 24 hours, and then the impregnated sample was placed in a tube furnace with nitrogen protection, and the temperature was raised to 750 °C at a rate of 25 °C / min. Keep the temperature constant for 10 minutes, stop the constant temperature, continue to pass nitrogen, and take out the sample after the temperature in the tube furnace drops below 250°C. Then the sample taken out was washed with 10% hydrochloric acid, rinsed until neutral and then dried. The activated carbon iodine adsorption value obtained at last was 920mg / g.

[0026] The sample of embodiment 2 is carried out the test of specific surface area and pore distribution finally obtains that the activated carbon specific surface area that is made with discarded hemp fiber is 1198.37m 2 / g, the pore volume is 0.583cm 3 / g, the average pore diameter is 2.45nm.

Embodiment 3

[0028] The washed waste hemp fiber was impregnated with 40wt% zinc chloride for 24h, and then the impregnated sample was placed in a tube furnace with nitrogen protection, and the temperature was raised to 900°C at a rate of 25°C / min. After 10 minutes, stop the constant temperature and continue to pass nitrogen gas. After the temperature in the tube furnace drops below 250°C, take out the sample. Then the sample taken out was washed with 10% hydrochloric acid, rinsed until neutral and then dried. The activated carbon iodine adsorption value obtained at last was 1270mg / g.

[0029] The sample of embodiment 3 is carried out the test of specific surface area and pore distribution finally obtains that the activated carbon specific surface area that is made with discarded hemp fiber is 1301.29m 2 / g, the pore volume is 0.665cm 3 / g, the average pore diameter is 2.52nm.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for disposing textile solid waste, comprising the steps as follows: (1) wasted textile fiber is washed, naturally dried by wind and dipped in 10-40wt% of zinc chloride solution; (2) the dipped textile fiber is arranged in a pipe-typed furnace which is filled with nitrogen as protective gas and carbonized and activated under the temperature of 400-800 DEG C, with the temperature increasing speed of 20-30 DEG C / min; the constant temperature is kept for 10-70 minutes; nitrogen is pumped in continuously; after the temperature in the pipe-typed furnace is reduced to below 250 DEG C, the activated outcome is taken out; (3) the activated outcome is washed in 10wt% of hydrochloric acid and washed by distilled water till being in a neutral state, and dried so as to gain the active carbon. The method adopts simple chemical activation method, prepares the wasted fiber as active carbon with good performance, finds resourced disposal mean for the textile solid waste and provides new raw material for the preparation of the active carbon.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textile fiber treatment, in particular to a treatment method for textile solid waste. Background technique [0002] As the world's population continues to grow and society continues to progress, textile consumption is increasing and waste textiles are also increasing. my country has a population of 1.3 billion, and the per capita consumption of fiber is 4kg per year. In developed countries, the per capita consumption of fiber is 6-7kg per year. If calculated according to the amount of discarded 10%-20% fiber, the total amount of discarded fiber in my country every year reaches 5.2×10 5 t~1.04×10 6 t. If textile solid waste is not disposed of properly, it will not only waste resources, but will inevitably pollute the air directly or indirectly, and cause serious pollution to soil and water. The activity of microorganisms in the medium hinders the growth of plant roots or accumulates in plants. However, my count...
