The invention discloses a compound norfloxacin nicotinate injection which is applicable to the treatment of bacterial gastrointestinal infection of pigs, cattle, sheep and horses, and a preparation method thereof. The compound norfloxacin nicotinate injection is composed of 80-150 parts of norfloxacin nicotinate, 20-80 parts of apramycin sulfate and 5-30 parts of scopolamine hydrobromide. The preparation method is as follows: the components are weighted according to the weight, 300 parts of water for injection are taken, and the norfloxacin nicotinate, the scopolamine hydrobromide and the apramycin sulfate are sequentially added for stirring and dissolution; the mixture is maintained for 15 -20min, the pH value is regulated to 5.0-7.0, and the water for injection is added till 1000 parts after the clarification of liquid medicine for the preparation.
