Embodiment 1

[0023] 1. Strain selection: the selected strains include: phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium solubilizing bacteria and cellulolytic bacteria, the weight ratio of which is 1:1:1.

[0024] 2. Expansion and cultivation into probiotics: After the strains that have been screened are inserted into the liquid medium for activation, 3ml of the activated strains are inserted into a triangular flask equipped with 250ml of medium for liquid shaker culture, and then the obtained 700kg of fermentation liquid was obtained through step-by-step expansion and cultivation of 15L and 1t seed tanks. The solid-liquid separation was carried out by a disc centrifuge, and then flash-dried by a flash dryer to obtain 2kg of probiotics.

[0025] 3. Preparation of biomass carbon black: use local agricultural waste straw, low-temperature carbonization into 135kg of porous biomass carbon black;

Abstract

The invention discloses a biochar base soil modifier and a preparation method thereof. The biochar base soil modifier comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 95.5-98.5% of biomass carbon black and 1.5-4.5% of probiotics agent. Agricultural waste serves as a biomass raw material to carry out low-temperature carbonization to form the porous biomass carbon black; beneficial microorganism is enlarged and cultivated and is fermented into probiotics liquid; after mixing, solid and liquid separation, flash evaporation and drying are carried out to obtain the probiotics agent; the beneficial microorganism is selected from one or more of paenibacillus polymyxa, trichoderma strains, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, rhizobium, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium bacteria, cellulose decomposition bacteria, antibiotic generation bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria. The biochar base soil modifier disclosed by the invention adopts the microporous biomass carbon which has strong adsorption capability and good light absorption and temperature-increasing effect. The probiotics agent has a high survival rate and can be stored for a long time at the normal temperature, the fertilizer synergy action is obvious, and the soil borne disease can be effectively prevented and cured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a soil conditioner, in particular to a biochar-based soil conditioner; in addition, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the biochar-based soil conditioner. Background technique [0002] my country is a country with a large population and a large agriculture. It uses 7% of the world's land to feed 22% of the world's population. The food issue is always a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. my country has 2 billion mu of arable land and needs 150 million tons of fertilizers annually. It is the world's largest importer of fertilizers and producer of nitrogen fertilizers. Even so, the amount of chemical fertilizers still cannot meet the needs of agricultural development. The reason is that the key problem is that the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers is too low. According to surveys, the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers in my country is only 35%-40%, and the rest i...
